All appointments have a flat rate visit fee. See below for each appointment type’s fee. For more complex women's health concerns, we offer an affordable fee-based program (Veya). We are a nationally accredited clinic, and as a non-profit we do not benefit from your healthcare choices. Please visit our FAQs to see which specific services require additional costs. These additional costs cover lab fees as samples are sent to an external lab for processing.
Women’s Health Screening & Exams
$20 visit fee
From breast and pelvic exams to minor GYN concerns and more, appointments up to an hour long with our licensed medical providers help you keep your health on track.
STI/STD Testing & Treatment
$20 visit fee
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and diseases (STDs) often have no symptoms, so it’s important to get tested as needed. Get the answers you need with our low-cost testing for women and men.
Pregnancy Services
$20 visit fee
Pregnancy testing, early pregnancy support, and evidence-based education leave you empowered whether you may be facing a planned or unplanned pregnancy.
Cycle Education
$35 class fee
Fertility Education & Medical Management (FEMM) consults help you take charge of your hormonal health and fertility without side effects or guesswork.
Sports Physicals
$50 visit fee
In need of a physical for sports, camp, or other activities? 3W provides detailed physical examinations for young women and girls ages 12 and older.
Support Services

We can help identify trusted resources to support other healthcare needs you may have.
Telehealth Appointments
Fee depends on appointment type
Address select concerns with one of our medical practitioners via a secure video call and accelerate your office visit if one is required.
Due to federal regulations, we are unable to provide services to individuals covered by government-sponsored insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid (including Apple Health). Please call the clinic for more information or for our referral list. You can reach the clinic at (206)-588-0311.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Effective December 1st, our clinic requires all patients who schedule an appointment to place a card on file. This policy helps us improve scheduling and appointment availability for patients.
No-Show Fee
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $20 fee will be charged to your card on file.
This fee must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $20 fee will be charged to your card on file. This fee must also be paid before you are allowed to schedule again.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please call the clinic immediately. We will determine whether the cancellation fee can be waived and whether you may reschedule without penalty.
