Parking
Free parking is available directly in front of the clinic entrance (look for signs saying “3W Medical Parking Only”).
Appointment Policy
Effective December 1st, 2025, our clinic requires all patients who schedule an appointment to place a card on file. This policy helps us ensure appointment availability for patients.
No-Show Fee
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $20 fee will be charged to your card on file. This fee must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $20 fee will be charged to your card on file. This fee must also be paid before you are allowed to schedule again.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please call the clinic immediately. We will determine whether the cancellation fee can be waived and whether you may reschedule without incurring fees.
Visit Fee
Effective April 1, 2026 a visit fee will be required for all appointment types.

Yes, we offer HIV testing but do not offer treatment.

Yes, 3W offers HPV testing and treatment.

No, symptoms are not a requirement to get tested, especially since STI carriers are frequently asymptomatic. We also offer routine testing.

The most accurate window for testing after exposure varies based on the STI, but for most, you should wait at least 1-2 weeks and retest at the recommended window. Check the CDC’s guidelines for the most accurate testing windows after exposure.
For routine testing, sexually active individuals under the age of 25 should be screened annually for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Individuals should also test when having a new partner or multiple partners.
