Telehealth Appointments
Address select concerns with one of our medical practitioners via a secure video call from your smartphone, tablet, or computer and accelerate your office visit if one is required.
30-minute telehealth consultations* are available for:
Urinary symptoms
Asymptomatic STI/STD screen or test of cure
Vaginal symptoms (if no in-person appointments are available or for recurring issues)
* Most consultations will require a prompt, brief, in-person follow-up lab appointment
60-minute telehealth consultations are available for:
Irregular menses/menstruation
FEMM (with certified FEMM teacher, not with one of our medical practitioners)

On our appointment request form, select “Telehealth” under the “Reason for appointment” drop-down menu.

The same way as for a regular 3W appointment. You will receive an email and text message with your paperwork and consent forms to fill out and submit beforehand.

You will receive an additional email before your appointment containing your personal video call link. Follow the link to enter a virtual waiting room. As soon as our medical team is ready, they will begin your appointment.

You can use a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a working video camera and internet access. (Connection to a secure wi-fi network is recommended; if using cellular data, usage fees from your cellular provider may apply.)

You must be currently located in Washington state to be eligible for telehealth consultations with our medical practitioners. This restriction does not apply to FEMM telehealth consultations.

Except for FEMM consultations, all of our telehealth consultations are offered free-of-charge. Nominal lab fees do apply for any follow-up lab appointments.
