We offer up to two screenings or exam appointments, each up to one hour, provided by licensed healthcare professionals. For more complex women’s health concerns, we offer an affordable fee-based program (Veya).

Parking
Free parking is available directly in front of the clinic entrance (look for signs saying “3W Medical Parking Only”).
Appointment Policy
Effective December 1st, 2025, our clinic requires all patients who schedule an appointment to place a card on file. This policy helps us ensure appointment availability for patients.
No-Show Fee
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $20 fee will be charged to your card on file. This fee must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
Late Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $20 fee will be charged to your card on file. This fee must also be paid before you are allowed to schedule again.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please call the clinic immediately. We will determine whether the cancellation fee can be waived and whether you may reschedule without incurring fees.
Visit Fee
Effective April 1, 2026 a visit fee will be required for all appointment types.

At 3W, you can expect pelvic exams to include three parts. The first is a visual inspection of the skin of the vulva and vaginal opening. Next, we offer Pap smears to test for cervical cancer and HPV. Last, the clinician can provide a bimanual exam of the uterus and ovaries.
For a breast exam, the clinician will manually inspect the breast tissue for any abnormalities. We do not offer mammograms at 3W but will provide a list of self-referral options.

A Pap smear lab fee costs $23.50. The HPV test lab fee costs $46.

We offer services regardless of your insurance status, since we are a non-profit and do not benefit from your healthcare choices. This appointment type has a $20 visit fee. All lab fees are listed on our website and will be discussed during your appointment prior to any testing.

Yes, these are often performed together, although you do not need to have a Pap smear to have a pelvic exam.

3W Medical for Women does not offer mammograms, but we do offer manual breast exams and have a self-referral list of places where you can get a mammogram.

Yes, 3W offers IUD retrieval for IUDs with visible strings. We offer Nexplanon removal with an additional $40 supply fee for the procedure.
