Our clinicians bring years of experience in women's health, family medicine, prenatal care, and hormonal health. Our care philosophy centers on compassionate, education-focused medicine that helps women make informed decisions about their own health at every stage of life.
Corrie Casey,

Corrie has over 20 years of nursing experience, including the last 12 working in nursing leadership with direct oversight of clinical operations at both large and small hospital systems as well as outpatient settings. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Whitworth University and her Master's in Business Administration and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler.

Helen received a Master’s degree in Social Work (with a focus on Administration and Public Policy) from the University of Washington, where she also earned a BA in Women’s Studies. She co-founded WAMS/3W with a fellow college friend in 2012 and has since served as WAMS/3W Advisory Committee Member (2012-present), Advancement Director (2015-17), Executive Director (2017-20), and now CEO (2020-present).

Jen has been practicing for 21 years and has a background in women's health, pediatrics, and psychiatry. She is passionate about helping women rediscover their health and feel their best at every stage of life.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys snorkeling, spending time with her family, and searching for the best tacos around.

As a nurse since 2007 and a nurse practitioner since 2011, Shannon has extensive experience in family practice, anemia management, and surgical/anesthesia care. Her greatest passion has always been women’s health, in part because she struggled with her own infertility for years.
Since joining the 3W Medical team in 2025, she has committed to educating and empowering women throughout their lifespans to participate in and optimize their own health and hormones. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and five children—likely watching sports or enjoying the outdoors together.

Heather has been a PA for 23 years, practicing family medicine in the rural Adirondack Mountains for over 11 years before becoming a PA educator. After meeting the 3W founders three years ago, Heather was drawn to the practice for its unique mission to compassionately empower women to make their own informed healthcare decisions.
In her free time, Heather enjoys hiking in the mountains, kayaking, riding bikes, and playing volleyball with her family.

With 18 years of clinical experience, Adeola brings a wealth of expertise in family, cardiovascular, women's, and digestive health. Since joining the 3W team in 2024, she has been dedicated to empowering women of all ages through thoughtful education and genuinely compassionate care.
Outside of the office, Adeola cherishes time spent reading with her children and exploring the great outdoors together.

Dr. Rutherford is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology as well as Maternal-Fetal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a past President of the Washington State Obstetrical Association and previously served as Medical Director of Women’s and Children’s Services at EvergreenHealth, where she was also founding Medical Director of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Program.
