We believe in working with your body, not against it. Whether you're in the season of family planning, exploring your different gynecological symptoms, or wanting to invest in understanding the uniqueness of your body, Veya is here for you.
What is Veya?
Veya is a holistic program designed to fit your medical needs and current financial capacity. The program’s tiered package structure allows varied degrees of access to our cycle education and cycle treatment services. Our clinicians are FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management) certified and follow the FEMM-based protocol to ensure evidence-based, hormone-informed care. Veya services include medical exams, personalized labs and imaging recommendations, clear treatment plans, and more.

We offer four tiers and à la carte options, so that you can choose the care that feels right for you. Not sure where to start? Seed is a great place to begin. As you progress through your care, your clinician may recommend moving to a more comprehensive package if your treatment needs call for it. Packages offer a 10% discount on services.

FEMM is an internationally recognized, evidence-based body literacy and fertility tracking program that helps women reach their health and fertility goals. Our certified FEMM educators can walk you through how to naturally monitor your health and fertility, help you better understand your body’s signals, identify possible hormonal imbalances and menstrual irregularities, and achieve or avoid pregnancy without synthetic hormones or side effects.

Two of our clinicians are certified through FEMM to provide medical management in our Veya program. Dr. Adeola Mead is a naturopath, and Shannon Leach is a nurse practitioner. They both have extensive experience working with women on issues of fertility, cycle irregularities, and hormonal imbalances.

We recommend starting with the Seed package. After your initial visit, your clinician will determine whether additional care or services are needed.

You will be charged at the clinic at the end of your first appointment. The full amount is due at that time. All appointments have a $20 cancellation fee if you cancel with less than 24-hour notice or do not show up to your scheduled appointment.

Yes, packages can be upgraded by paying the difference.

We don’t have any payment plans available at this time. However, you can absolutely choose to schedule visits as you go with our à la carte appointment option.

We do not accept insurance since we are a non-profit organization and do not benefit financially from your healthcare choices. However, we do not want cost to be a barrier to you receiving care. If Veya’s services fall under your insurance plan’s “out-of-network services,” we can provide a superbill. We also have a reduced fee program for qualifying patients. For labs and imaging, we can try to refer out to a place that takes your insurance since we do not do those in-house.

A superbill is a detailed receipt the clinic provides after your visit. It includes everything your insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim.
How it works:
You pay the clinic directly at the time of your visit.
The clinic gives you a superbill.
You submit the superbill to your insurance via their website, app, or by mail.
If your plan has out-of-network benefits, your insurer may reimburse part or total cost.

Labs may be ordered one of two ways. Your clinician will let you know which applies to your visit.
Outside lab requisition (Quest/Labcorp)
Fullscript

Fullscript is an online platform that your clinician uses to send you lab orders and supplement recommendations. You pay online, then visit Quest or Labcorp for your blood draw.
Billing: cash-pay only, not through insurance
Best for: patients who prefer to manage and pay for labs online
How to complete a Fullscript lab order:
Check your email for a message from Fullscript
Log in to your account to view your lab order
Pay for the lab online
Visit a Quest or Labcorp location for your blood draw
View the results on your patient portal (results will also be sent to your clinician)

The care received through Veya is highly individualized, so there isn’t a one-size-fits-all timeline. Many patients begin noticing changes within a few weeks, while more complex symptoms may take a few months to improve. We typically follow up to evaluate your progress and make any adjustments after you’ve been consistently following your treatment plan for about 3 months.
